  This hotel is close to the medical area downtown so location was good. The front desk was helpful. But we were disappointed in the condition of the hotel as it could use some TLC.

  I was very pleased from the start. Upon our check in it was very pleasant to be greeted so kindly. Hotel has a free breakfast great tasting food no complaints there. Shuttle service was very good and convient. Room was very clean and the bed was soft. I had a great time at this hotel. Thanks to the staff for keeping me company.. Will stay again.
