Very clean and well kept area. Rooms are newly decorated and bed is so comfortable. They give you the opportunity to recycle while staying so that was a hit with us. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices. Location was across the bridge from Charleston, right off the main highway. Can get anywhere you're going in 10-20 minutes. Staff was friendly and they have special parking for fuel efficient cars so we were always quaranteed a close spot.

10/11/2010The rooms were very clean, and the whole staff (front desk, breakfast staff, and house keeping) were so friendly. i highly recommend.

My husband and I traveled to charleston for our 1st anniversary trip. We searched for the perfect hotel, with the perfect location...but of course within our budget. We got excatly what we expected. The photos tell it all, the rooms look exactly the same as in the photos. Ours was clean and really spacious. The beds were very comfy as well. Their was also a microwave and small fridge in our room. Also, with location, it was perfect. It took maybe 10 mins to get downtown, 15 mins to get to isle of palm, and 20 mins to folly beach. Some things that were expecially neat about our trip was: folly beach ( it is such a neat little beach town, good food and great little shops), a harbour and fort sumpter tour ( such a neat view of charleston, the bridge, and you really dont wanna miss the fort, such history there), and for go to Boone Hall Plantation ( such a beautiful place, with lots of history, make sure and do the tram tour and go see the Gullah performance). Overall an awesome trip.

We were very satisfied with our stay here. The hotel was less than a year old, and felt very clean and very well maintained by the staff. The room was always in good order with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for any length of stay. The complimentary breakfast was second to none with biscuits and gravy, sausage, fresh fruit, cereal, bagels, etc.. It was constantly serviced and fresh food was always being brought out to keep up with demand. Again, top notch!!!
