We came from NY in March for a yankee spring training game. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very pleasant. It is actually one of the best places we've stayed on a trip. The only thing is there is really nowhere in walking distance, you need a car.

Great location, nice
11/19/2008Very clean, helpful staff, nice pond in the back with water fowl. so close to raymond james and george steinbrenner field. would stay there again.

I just want to report a bad service I have received from the front desk rep. In their booklet it says they provide fax service with minimal charges. However, when I checked with the front desk rep, I was told to pay $1/page for my fax. I have 20 page fax to send and they wanted to charge me for $20!! What a rip off!!! I will never go back to this hotel again.
