  Tile missing from bathroom,also missing tile from pool. the tables in pool area were dirty and when asked for something so i could clean ,i got tissue that didn' ...

  tile missing from bathroom,also missing tile from pool. the tables in pool area were dirty and when asked for something so i could clean ,i got tissue that didn't do anything to clean them. ice and vending machines didn't work. front desk didn't seem to know how to smile or say hi. they just stared at you till you told them what you needed. the best parts-beds were good and the shuttle driver named eric was really nice and helpful. even inside the hotel he went out of his way to help...the pool was pretty with waterfall.

  I want to personally thank who ever is responcible for the make over of the Holiday Inn, I have paid far more and received far less, I would strongly recomend this hotel to everyone and if you have stay at Holiday Inn in the past do not hold it against this one things are changed and you will miss out if you do not try another visit to this hotel.

  We stayed at this Holiday Inn because we had complications with our flight. It was the best night of our entire vacation. This hotel was gorgeous, the decor in the room was so impressive. While I wasn't particularly impressed with the staff at the front desk - particularly Elicia the girl would did our check out; the restaurant staff was GREAT! Pino and Rose were so friendly and I was glad to meet them. Our meal was fantastic - I had a NY strip steak that was delectable! I would and I will visit this hotel again - I was very pleased with the accomodations and service.

  We arrived at 1:30 AM, the day before a cruise. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very tastefully furnished, the bathroom was very nice, there was no unpleasant odor, as so many rooms have, the bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was that there was no obvious information outside of the breakfast buffet. We learned, too late, that it was $9.95 per person with an extra charge for orange juice! It looked like it was included in the room rate. We took their shuttle to the cruiseport, $10 pp,. We would definitely stay there again.
