I had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn, Fresno Airport location in Fresno, Ca. on Oct. 31st, 2010 - Nov. 1st, 2010; I was thoroughly satisfied. I had booked a reservation off the web, for a reasonable hotel in Fresno, Ca. - not only did I get a very adequate rate, but the experience was fantastic. My hotel room was spotlessly clean, the restroom was of good size, well lit, and taken care of; The floor, walls, and ceiling, were very clean; and the beds were very comfortable. This hotel even provided room service for meals and snacks, if we chose to order; and the hotel's entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful, respectful, and polite. I have stayed at many hotels in the past few years of my travels, but this hotel was quite impressive. I will highly recommend it to everyone I know.

This hotel is located next to the Fresno airport. You do not get any airport noise and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Property is in good shape and the staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I have medications which must be refrigerated and the hotel provided a refrigerator for my room upon request and without charge. Only wish that this chain had a complimentary breakfast. Their resturant and room service is expensive and there are no near by resturants to walk to. Overall not a bad place to stay.

The pool was great although could be a bit warmer. The buffet was less than desirable and not worth the $* even with a kid eating free. Rooms were nice. Microwave and frig are suppose to be availalbe but none were brougth even after being put on a list

I was disappointed with this. When we checked in at 10 p.m., the person checking us in appeared to be coming down off of a long drug binge. She was bouncing, twitching and just looked... grungy... for lack of better words. The room was a smoking room, not a non-smoking like we requested. They did fix this immediately, which was good. Overall, it was an OK hotel, but not quite worth what we paid. I hope that they get better staff in the future. I would only stay here if I HAD TO BE right next to the hotel, because it was only a block away.

Great location! Clean, newer rooms and the beds are like a cloud - when I got back home, believe it or not I missed the hotel bed. Rooms service was quick and the food was tasty and hot. I did not like the decor of the restaurant but the staff told me that they are re-doing the restaurant very soon. Not a lot to do in the area, but some shopping at the mall. Yosemite National Park is near by, but my trip was too short to visit this time. I will visit Yosemite and Kings Canyon next trip. Great Tex Mex place down the street - best burrito ever!
