My family calls it the cat box hotel because that is what it smells like. It needs a good cleaning and a fresh staff that looks alive. It's old, rundown and needs to be redone. Don't stay!!

The air conditioner in our room did not work. They said they had no other room to put us until the next day. They would not send someone to look at it. The would not even let us borrow one of the "2" fans they had at the front desk. The hotel boasts of 100% guarantee and would not honor the guarantee even though I only asked for the first night of 3 because they did get us a new room the next day. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel had a very bad smell throughout the entire building. The front desk staff were unpleasant and only answered questions grudgingly. The continental breakfast was not appealing, but due to the smell, you wouldn't want to eat in there anyway. I would have checked out early but they said they would charge me for the entire time I booked if I left early. Fortunately I didn't book for too many days and was able to leave after 6 nights and change to a much nicer hotel for a considerably lower price. I would not stay here again.

this hotel was filthy. the staff were ignorant and the cleaning service was the worst i ever seen. mouse dropping in the sofa. breakfast was old. they checked your room if you did not want daily room service. the do not disturb sign meant nothing to them. you were only allowed one free coffee a day. The towels were old and dirty. maid service staff were very ignorant. the only good thing about this place was check in and out was quick.
