We paid more money for this hotel because they did have a pool against others in this price range. I asked if they could do anything to compensate me of let us check out and hotel desk staff was horrible. They were very snotty and rude and informed me that they did not care and it was not their problem. Horrible service!!! Would not go back because of bad treatment.
