The hotel lobby was very nice and the staff was excellent. The room was a king bedroom and spacious. Very clean. I didn't eat at their restaurant ,but it looked enticing. The location was great , just out from all the crowded hotel blocks, so traffic wasn't an issue. Will difinitely recommend and repeat my visit.

Very clean, large rooms and friendly hotel staff. The beds were too soft for us though, which is usually the case at most hotels we stay at. Very close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. There was a restaurant on site, but I wish they had offered a complimentery continental breakfast like a lot of other hotels do. Eating breakfast out at the local pancake houses is very expensive for families. The local restaurants nearby are tourist rip offs. The only good dinner we had was at The Outback Steakhouse.

We truly enjoyed the experience at this hotel! The room was clean, exceptional, had everything you could ask for! The worst thing we encountered was the coffee maker not working and some bathroom hardware (towel hangers) being loose. Check in was a little concerning at first as we were juggled from room to room, watching the number get scratched out twice until they finally got it sorted out. There was no conversation about what was going on about the rooms being juggled but eventually it turned out we got an upgrade that actually made it a nicer exerience. The room was very clean and like a small studio apartment. Convenient to several restaurants and most importantly to Water Country, Busch Gardens as well if that's your destination. I could never see paying the maximum room price as posted on the door but for our deal it was well above our expectations! We would definitely stay here again! I also wanted to add that the staff went out of their way to make sure anything we asked for or needed was provided.

Newer hotel located within 10 or 12 minutes of Busch Gardens and many fine restaurants. My family of 5 was very pleased to stay at the establishment for 3 days. We had plenty of room in one very large suite. The hotel was nice, clean and had every amenity that I could think of. On another post I read that the reviewer complained of the motion sensor climate control. I found our room to be comfortable at all times. Unfortunantly, the person probably just had a bad unit in their room.
