  We had a really nice room with a private entrance that was really convenient. The desk-clerk was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. All in all, we had a great stay - it's close to all types of restaurants, stores. hospital, and the freeways.

  The room that they put me in the first time around was filthy. food was caked up on the fridge inside and out, mold on the ceiling, dirty pillow, bathroom ...

  The room that they put me in the first time around was filthy. Food was caked up on the fridge inside and out, mold on the ceiling, dirty pillow, bathroom was dirty even the toilet, and the drywall was falling off the ceiling just to name a few. Next room, the sofa bed was filthy nasty to say the least we did not use it, the air conditioner leaked out on the floor. The pool gross it was so cloudy and tiny "any chemicals?" the hot tub was dirty tinted brown. Then the elevators there WHAT they close on you I was trying to hold the door for my daughter, these doors are double inside and out well the inner door closed the outside stayed open my older daughter went down alone while I was stuck. Luckily it wasn't my youngest daughter she would have been terrified and would not have known what to do in that circumstance. They offered to take care of my reservations next time, well called and guess what it is up in the air. If they provide me a free night that would be the only way we would stay there again. I have to say that the cleaning lady upstairs was very nice.

  This is the best hotel in louisville. the most friendly caring staff i have ever seen and i travel for a living. great job holiday inn hurstbourne!!!
