My stay at this hotel was a very nice surprise. The sleeping rooms were so clean and comfortable. I was just in town for an overnite stay for my company. This hotel had all the little extra's that a traveler wants. Very friendly front desk clerks. Nice resturant with good food. Nice buffet breakfast in the morning. Everything was more than I expected. I will definitly be a return customer to this Holiday Inn.

Our experience at this Holiday in was all that we expected it to be and more. The staff were very curtious and helpful. My children and I visted the pool and the surrounding area which was absolutely beautiful. My children had such a wonderful time in the pool. Our room was clean and was well supplied with all that should have been there. Thank you for making our experience/stay at your hotel a wonderful one. We do plan on staying in your hotel again and if we are away from the Louisville area we will definately look for a Holiday Inn to stay in.

This Holiday Inn was in a great location, you can be in downtown Louisville in less than 10 minutes. The staff was very helpful with directions, they provide written directions to various popular tourist locations. The breakfast in the hotel was good, but expensive. Our only complaint is that the entire hotel facilty is beginning to look "tired" and dirty. Our room was clean on the surface, but if you looked closer there were cobwebs and grime. There were cigarette butts on the patio outside and light bulbs were also out in our room. Not sure if we would stay at this hotel again

I stayed at this hotel because my company was having a large convention in the hotel. I am a single girl and sometimes get a little nervous about traveling alone, but this hotel was very safe. All rooms are interior entry and all exit doors other than the main entrances lock at a certain time which i found to be very nice. The hotel was quiet and clean and the staff was exceptionally nice. I had dinner in the Dining room and the food was incredible. Good home cooked southern food, especially the fried chicken! I will definitely stay at this hotel again and I will definitely suggest to my company that we use these facilities again!
