  It is totally horrible hotel. i reserved a nonsmoking room, but received the heavy tobacco smell everywhere in the room, even the bath towels were stink of tobacco. receptionist refused ...

  It is totally horrible hotel. I reserved a nonsmoking room, but received the heavy tobacco smell everywhere in the room, even the bath towels were stink of tobacco. Receptionist refused to change the room under the pretext of full loading of the hotel. Do not recommend.

  Hotels in Moscow are EXTREMELY expensive! The room was very comfortable, the staff were pleasant and efficient as well as fluent in English, the location was excellent (2 min walk from metro and not far from Tverskaya street). The restaurant is also very good (even the breakfast buffet was good, which is unheard of in my experience!). As usual these days, internet access cost extra, but was reliable and with good bandwidth.
