  The Holiday Inn in Pensacola truly exceeded my expectations. When I arrived, I asked about movie theaters. The hotel representative at the front desk quickly went on-line and printed the addresses of the movie theaters and a list of all the movies and times for me. My room was very clean and very spacious. The room decor was well above rooms of that rate. I ate a dinner in the bar and the staff was very professional and friendly. Overall, a great experience.

  I was very pleased with our stay. the only thing that was quite disappointing was the housekeeping. both days of our stay i had to take out my own trash ...

  I was very pleased with our stay. The only thing that was quite disappointing was the housekeeping. Both days of our stay I had to take out my own trash and request clean towels. The second day the house keeping staff didnt even clean the room they just took out the trash... no towels...no vacuuming...no bed turn over. I'm not saying they needed to totally turn the room over every night but I was staying with my four sons and little boys can be a little messy. Other than that it was very very nice

  I absolutely loved the hotel. It was just as pictured very pretty. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Every day they came to clean. It was not noisy at all. Very very clean. I wish the room had a microwave,but overall the hotel was awesome. I will be back again. Thank you.
