  Only stayed for one night. The staff was very attentive. The room was great. I will definitely stay here again the next trip to Chicago. It was very convenient to the Blue Line (right across the street) and I loved that.

  Hotel was run down, hole in room wall, no outlet cover on outlet. looked like they have painted and try, but it is older and needs an overhaul. pool was ...

  Hotel was run down, hole in room wall, no outlet cover on outlet. Looked like they have painted and try, but it is older and needs an overhaul. Pool was warm and nice. (Positive). Failed to give me a parking permit, so after checked in and trying to get luggage into the room saw signs and had to go back to front desk to get a permit and then run out to car again. Rear door said it was key access only, but it did not work and door was left open.

  I only stayed here one night, and chose the hotel mainly for its proximity to the airport. The room I had was comfortable and clean (though on the small side), the service at the front desk courteous. The decor in general is a bit tired-looking and the place could use freshening up, but there is nothing wrong with it. The free and spacious shuttle to O'Hare which runs every half-hour was most welcome the morning of our departure.
