This was probably the worst stay in a hotel I have ever experienced! It took 3 hrs to get a crib to our room ( I had brought a pack-n-play) but since we had to park a mile away I had to leave it in the car. Finally got a crib at 11:30pm. Purposely booked a hotel with a water park but the 2nd day of our stay they had to close it down for ventilation issues! I had brought my 4 kids under the age of 6 to swim and beat the heat! At 10:46PM the fire alarm went off and continued for 10 minutes waking my kids up, I'm guessing it was a false alarm but no one from the hotel came to let us know it was okay, another customer stepped out in the hall to tell me! There were holes in our sheets.The price of the hotel was outrageous as was the food from the lounge area. No one ever offered to help me with my bags, 4kids, stroller, etc... they just watched me come and go with several bags, pushing a baby and trying to keep 3 others together! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great hotel!!! The rooms were beautiful and the staff very accomodating. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Old Market district or needing to be near the airport! The bar and restaurant were wonderful as well...great food, drink, and service. Will definitely stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here when we were attending a concert at the Qwest center (which is within walking distance if it isn't too cold). The hotel had only been open 2 weeks when we stayed (Feb 26) so everything was brand new. At the time the restuarant in the hotel was not done so the hotel was offering room service from a restaurant next door. The pool has a small waterpark in it that the kids would find fun. The morning breakfast has the usual muffins, rolls, juices, coffee, and soda. It also has hot foods, the morning we were there it had scrambled eggs, bacon, and biscuts & gravy. There is a coffee shop in the lobby that others said was good but I didn't try because I don't drink coffee. There is a workout center that allows you to use weights, and cardio equipment if you want. Out room had a King sized bed, with a television mounted on the wall so you could see it from the bed. Next to the bed was a half wall that had the desk on the other side along with a couch, coffee table, refigerator, microwave oven, and another television. We will be returning this summer to take our kids to the Omaha Zoo and we will be staying here that trip as well
