My family and I just returned from a trip and stayed here. Yes, the beds are overly soft, but I was only there for sleeping anyway. I did not see any bugs and the main room was fairly clean, however the bathroom was nasty. The hotel is dark. If you are looking for activities, do not stay here. The "indoor heated pool" is attached to the outside pool through a large hole in the wall, so the water was ice cold. The fitness center consisted of an exercise bike, a tredmill, an eliptical and a recumbent bike. The staff was very friendly to me and was attentive.

07/12/2007Building smells bad, seen roaches and mice in dining room, bed bugs in bed. new owners didn't care, wouldn't fix the problem, not friendly. would not stay again.

What a DUMP! Everything was filthy, beds were hard,bathroom was disgusting. Staff rude and hateful. Never eat in this building-health inspectors should check kitchen. I wouldn't let my dogs sleep at this facility. Drunks wandering the halls, which were dark. Very unsafe. NEVER again, even if it was free!!!

By far one of the worst hotel experiences for us. Cold rooms, cold hallways, dingy(at best) pool area, and absolutely NO parking lot lighting. Don't ask housekeeping to leave the heat on because every morning they will turn it off! The bed was old and soft. We parked in the parking lot next door for security. No change was made to correct the absence of light in their parking lots. I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from thinking about staying at this property. And don't bother complaining because you will not receive any response from the management. Do I need to say more????

This was the biggest dump I've ever seen. We checked in at 3 pm and checked out at 4 pm. The rooms stank, the carpet was disgusting where I wouldn't even let my kids take their shoes off. The bathroom was yucky with cracked tile everywhere, the tub and shower were old and gross - I wouldn't have taken a shower in it for anything. The worst was the beds - felt like a big slab on concrete covered with a sheet. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more and get something decent.
