The Hotel personnel were all very friendly and helpful, from check in to check out. Everything in the room worked, however this Hotel, it's Rooms, Lobby etc. is in need of updating. It appears nothing has changed since the Hotel opened.

My experience at the Ramade Inn in Portsmouth, Ohio was excellent. I feel that it deserves a much higher rating than the 2 it has been given. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. They were very friendly and even with us traveling with a 15 month old baby the services were excellent. It is not a brand new hotel, so of course there was a little wear and tear in places, but it was clean and all the linens, etc. were spotless. I would never hesitate to stay there again and would recommend it to anyone traveling, especially with children.
