This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately three miles from Sam Houston Race Track and 20 miles from the George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Splashtown is 12 miles away. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. We stayed there for Christmas last year. The first room they gave us had not been cleaned! We had to switch to a different room. There were burns on the counter top and the place was still disgusting. My parents' room was a little better but I was extremely disappointed. There were tons of workers hanging outside every morning and it seemed like people were living in the rooms. One woman swept her front porch of her room. The rooms open to the outside. I do not recommend this place at all!!
