We stayed for 7 days in this small hotel in a good location of St. Germain. We were really pleased with our room which was on the top floor with a quaint view from a tiny balcony overlooking the district. The room was air conditioned and quite comfortable. The morning breakfast was delightful. The staff, however, were not very good. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a scowl from the gentleman at the front desk who told us check-in time was two hours later. He was most unpleasant and most unfriendly. We steered clear of the front desk during our stay and found all of them most un-helpful. For the first three days of our stay we were left with one towel for two guests. We had to call the front desk each day to request towels. The person at the desk said they were alone & we would have to wait until she could get someone to cover for her. Very strange, indeed! Very nice hotel, awful staff!
