  Hotel St. Germain des Pres is ideally situated- close to a metro stop, great cafes, extravagant boutiques and landmarks of all types (La Seine, La Polaine bakery, Laduree, Cafe de Flore, Cafe les Deux Magots). Amenities offered by hotel are great too. Front desk personnel are accommodating and helpful...will allow you to use their computer for internet access. Also...there's free wifi in this hotel. This is a great selling point that should be highlighted!!
