This hotel was centrally located, clean, beautifully decorated and staffed with kind, friendly personnel. I will definately staff here again. The pool was clean and comfortable. Maintainence staff was always visible; cleaning or repairing even the most minor of imperfections. My room was cool, well appointed and quiet even during a youth softball tournament. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. This hotel offered a great value in a great city.

Hotel Encanto is our absolute favorite place to stay in Las Cruces. The beds are the most comfortable, the rooms are immaculate, and Farley's across the street is a great place to walk over and have a beer and burger after a long day of driving. In July and August, you get free breakfast as well, which we enjoyed last year, but were too early to take advantage of this year. If you're ever in Las Cruces, stay at the Encanto, go downtown to enjoy the museums, farmer's market, and the world's biggest used bookstore -COAS;, then eat a cheap but yummy lunch at Cha Chi's restaurant and explore Old Mesilla. It'll make a nice change from the ski resorts of the mountains!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise after a very long drive. A beautiful hotel, and we could not believe they charged less than $*/night! Not one single detail is left out in the decoration of the lobby, room, hallways, even the elevators! There is a night club in this hotel, but that did not bother us in our room. The room was cozy, and the beds were oh so comfortable. The bathrooms were a little on the small side. Free breakfast which could stand to offer a little more variety, but it was hot, and they brew Starbucks coffee! We will definitely return!

This was a great Hotel, SW Ambience, Clean, Friendly Staff. Shopping mall across the street, Plenty of places to dine within short waling distance. Hotel food was OK, but for price could get better food elsewhere. Meeting rooms were nice. Nice nightclub for relaxing.
