All staff was wonderful! A beautiful room very comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located in Poblado though a 20-minute walk from Poblado metro station. Only feet away from Juan Valdez coffee shop on Poblado ave. A number of banks also very close to the hotel all with ATMs. Nearby shopping center Santa Fe one of the best anywhere... including a wide variety of restaurants cinemas Carrefour grocery etc. The complimentary breakfast is unsurpassed in quality/quantity. Would definitely stay in this hotel again... no question!
