Overall, the hotel and room was clean with a comfortable 24-hour business center. There were two computers available for use and also wi-fi if you have a laptop. As a former firefighter I tend to notice fire-safety-related items. This hotel had exterior fire-hose boxes located on each floor similar to ones you find in most any hotel. These boxes SHOULD contain a length of fire hose pre-attached to a nozzle for use in the event of a fire. I noticed in the pool terrace area on the 6th floor that there was no fire hose in the emergency box. Walking up the stairs I noticed the fire hose was also missing from these boxes on floors 7-10. While I didn't continue up to the 20th floor you can draw your own conclusion as to whether these emergency boxes might contain fire hose. I would have to say that this is a serious safety hazard which needs immediate attention and would avoid staying in any upper floor because of this deficiency.
