The front desk staff was extremely courteous. After arriving from an overnight flight from NYC, they allowed me to check in about 1 hour before the 2pm check-in time so I could relax and get some sleep. They also helped us with finding bus routes and the place to buy bus/train tickets. The room was absolutely one of the best I've ever stayed in. The hotel had just completed a renovation a few months before my trip and I couldn't be happier. Brand new wood floors, beautiful bathroom, flat screen TV on the wall, and a comfy bed for 2 people. The shower was the best ever and the bathroom was extremely clean. Even the cleaning staff was friendly. The breakfast was great ;your typical European breakfast; and included lots of fruits, yogurts, breads, meats and cheeses. It is in walking distance min to the Roma termini train station and close to nice restaurants and good shopping. And the block that the hotel is located on was nice and quiet so even having a front window view, we heard minimal street noise. I would definitely recommend anyone traveling to Rome to stay at this hotel. And Travel website made it even nicer when I paid $*** per night for this gem of a hotel!!!!! Thanks Travel website!!
