We had a very pleasant stay. The only caveats would be that it took the man at the front desk a long time to find our reservation---he told us we had no reservation and no rooms were available until we produced the printout from Travel online, and even then it took some telephoning---and the computer for Internet access was working only for a few hours of our six day stay. The hotel was pleasant and convenient, the breakfast (to the music of Vivaldi) above expectations. There were Venetian chandeliers and mirrors throughout, a large sitting room with balcony, and an elevator for those who wanted it.

Just stayed there July 1st - 4th and had a really nice time - the hotel is very close to St Marks square and has a nice simple but filling breakfast. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great location, close to San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge where all the activity is. Venice is not that big so you can walk anywhere. The staff was very accomadating. We had a room reserved for two but had three with us and they were able to give us a great room, no extra charge. Breakfast was nice, usual European meal. Safe and secure location. Definitely would reccomend to friends traveling to Venice.

This hotel is beautiful. Our rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean, and appear to be newly redone. They were small but that is typical of Venice. The bathroom was very well designed for the space with a shower big enough to bend over in and it even had a shower door. The hotel is very close to the Rialto Bridge, in the midst of shopping and restaurants, and a short walk to San Marco Square. We needed a double and a triple room for our family of 5. The triple had a real twin bed for the third person, not a rollaway. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to the most picky of my travelling friends.

The rooms are small but very normal for European hotels. Very nice staff, rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again. Room 15 and 16 have small balconies, very nice.
