My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 days and it is easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I only gave it 2 stars because it was overall pretty clean, but the staff is what really ruined it. It's a charming looking hotel, but the staff was so rude to us. Parisians are known for their arrogance, but these people were just down right rude. When we went to check in, we were already being helped and the receptionist decided to help another customer who was fluent in French, while blowing us off. The one elevator only goes to one part of the hotel, so we had to go through the terrace and climb up 3 flights of stairs, and none of the staff even offered to help us with our luggage. When we did get to our room, we only had 2 pillows which were flat and uncomfortable. The next day, we decided to sleep in and when we were heading out, we asked the front desk if we could have more towels and that our room hadn't been cleaned yet, because we were still there when they made their rounds; the receptionist was on his cell phone, and the maid, who barely spoke English, had to help us and she acted like we asked for her right arm when we asked if the towels could be delivered to the room; they also refused to clean our room because it was after 1 PM. At breakfast, we asked for an egg and the woman didn't want to give us one because breakfast time was almost over and she mumbled that we should've gotten there earlier. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and definitely would not stay there again.
