Reserved two rooms through Travel Website four days in advance. Hotel did not have reservations for us when we arrived. One room had no refrigerator or microwave and TV remote did not work. No towels or pillows at check-in, though room was listed as "ready." Second room had refrigerator and microwave, but neither was in working order. Air conditioner in second room did not cool. After initial refusal, demanded to be moved to another room. Refrigerator didn't work in that room either. Ground floor room had two entrances. Card key worked on outside door but not on atrium door. Went to front desk and clerk said, "It's usually the other way around." She told me to wait in the lobby while their technician came over immediately. After a few minutes I asked if a staff member could let me in with a master. That seemed to surprise her, but I was let in. The technician never arrived. Several other issues as well, such as toilet constantly running and clothes rack falling off wall. Would not stay there again nor recommend to others.
