Nice
01/03/2011The staff was friendly and the room was clean. the room was worth the price and even better for my situation worth not having to drive.

We expected that the hotel was going to be full. However, there was not food for breakfast(extremely limited), the person replenishing the breakfast brought out two plates at a time, or two bagels at a time and people were like vultures when anything came out-they even took food off of the hostesses tray. Save some time and hassle-go to the Denny's down the street. Our room was not cleaned or fresh towels. We were told to check with the desk manager in the morning for compensation and the desk manager in the morning told us that she did not have the authorization to give out compensation. The room is nice. I usually don't stress about the hotel....this one was stressful. Also a guest slipped on the floor in front of the elevator (comes from the pool). It was very slippery all the time-so be very careful.

The hotel had great customer service. However beyond the walls the room was in my opinion dirty. The bathroom to be exact was not clean. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned. You could see urin stains all over the back of it. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The sheets did not smell clean. The windows were too dirty to see out of.

My granddaughter and I stayed here over the weekend. The first thing was wet floors and my granddaughter fell as soon as she stepped in the door. Later she fell getting into the elevator. We stayed for two nights and both mornings they ran out of food for breakfast and did not restock. We were just out of luck. Then she and I were stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes before it finally went back to the first floor and we could get out. But I do have to say XYZ at the front desk was wonderful.

I paid $* for 6 days when I went into the room it was clean. When I pulled in the parking lot there are signs everywhere that say they are not responsible for anything stolen out of your car. When I went inside the lock on the room door numbering 3 of which 2 didn't work were opened by my 2 year old. The last lock was a chain lock that had 1 sheet rock screw in it. Which had already been ripped off the wall before. The coke machines were all empty with big bright orange signs on them saying that the money was taken out every night. This hojo sits on a curve behind six flags and the gas station behind it is boarded up. If you choose this placed do so at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!
