Location :- Convenient Room : - Ok. Mattresses are old and could be better. Heating device as not working. Compained about it and the staff put a small portable heater. Bathroom:- Too small and the sink was broken but working. Amenities: Room was equipped with fridge, microwave, safe, TV Breakfast: - OK Service: Found staff friendly. Be sure to ask for a room towards far end. Its too close to El Camino Real and you could hear all the noise from ongoing traffic. Luckily, our first room had some problem and we changed. We could hear every vehicle passing in the first room. The next room was better

I loved this place. My stay was really nice because of the staff. They helped with a lot of things like setting my computer to internet options- Firewall and stuff for me to access internet. The front desk staff was helpful and very polite even when I called them at 11pm for wake up call. The room was clean and crisp. I liked the fact that the hotel is surrounded my many restaurants which is good for a traveler like me without a car. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
