Not terrible, not amazing. Completely mediocre. The staff (when they are actually at the front desk) are mostly helpful. I got a great deal on the room though so I'm okay with what I got.

Overall, very disappointing... When I checked in, the woman at the desk received a phone call and ended up checking me into a smoking room. I was in a rush and just dropped my bags in the room and was off to my meeting. I did not return until 11:00 that night and just went to bed. I smelled smoke until I fell asleep. Breakfast was included and it was one of the worst setup I have every experienced. The breakfast room was not clean. Most items (including napkins) were empty and there was still another hour to go before breakfast was over. I would recommend that this hotel be avoided at all cost when visiting the Portland area.
