The worst experience during our years of travels both in US and overseas. The " non smoking' room smelled nicotine. The drapes were filthy.No hot water in shower. The staff totally ignored our request for a second bar of soap. The 5a.m. wake-up call never happened.The shuttle driver who took us to the airport was very rude. The elevator in the hotel to bring the luggage up to the lobby was broken. No help with bringing the heavy bags. For the $*.. we've paid they should have provided better accommodation. We will not use this chain again!!!!

For the price I paid, it was ok. I liked the complimentary shuttle to & from the airport and the driver went the extra mile. I also liked that it had a complimentary breakfast. It was close to the bus stop that took us to Jamaica station where we could catch the subway into Manhattan. It fit our needs and it was a clean room. The exercise room was unusable as it was full of mattresses. There's a pretty good chinese restaurant within walking distance up Rockaway.

I must say, I grew up in this neighborhood. I was very surprised to see that they were able to fit a 71 room hotel right on a corner square of what used to be just an empty lot for many, many years. I have to give them their just due, only because the place was clean, the employees were very friendly and helpful and its close to everything. My only complaint is that there is only one entrance and exit. I feel that this is considered a fire hazard. My room was right next door to the emergency exit and someone kept going in and out of it all night, the door slammed so loud it woke us up many times. They need to get that straightened out. Other than that, I would recommend it to a friend. Its not a five star but its doable...

The shuttle driver drove way to fast. When he opened the back of the shuttle my CPAP (breathing machine) fell out and broke. I filed a claim, right then. with the front desk. The driver lied, said my machine never fell on the ground! The rooms were very small, dirty and the walls so thin, I could hear the person in the next room change his mind!!! Breakfast was included, to bad they did not have a basic item, napkins. When I asked where the napkins were, the employee pointed to the paper towel machine by the sink. I would never stay here again in a million years.

This hotel is very dirty the rooms smell are very small, the furniture is musty and smelly the blankets look about 20 years old. The toilet constantly got stopped up. The bathroom had hair on it and the showere curtain smelled like mold and for 90 dollars a night it's not worth it pay a little more and stay some where that's cleaner. The taxi driver over charged me for going 10miles he charged me which later I learned was only a fair. The cab driver was part of the hotel crew. BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE
