Not sure why people didnt like

I only stayed for one night, but it was awesome. Right near the airport but didnt hear a single aircraft. I needed a few personal items I left at home...gave me all I needed. They were a little backed up at the bar area, but nothing to super complain about. I will be staying again in December.

Went for a weekend to the mall of america. The hotel staff was nice and the room was spacious Travelocity had the best deal on the room. Wanted to stay an extra night but the price went up over 50 dollars. Tv was great flat panel 42 inch and my only complaint was the bathroom was very small and a tight squeeze to get in. sink is located outside the bathroom. all in all great stay and would go there again next we visit the mall,.

The set-up of the room was nice. Iif we were staying longer it would have been a real bonus. We requested a 'high-floor' room at check in (at a kiosk since no-one was at the desk) and were put on the first floor. There was a foul smell in the room and we could hear our neighbors. We were beat, so we sprayed the room with fa-breeze and turned OFF the cold, noisy air conditioner. The breakfast in the morning okay (for an additional $14) ; I could have done without and paid less. initially, the room was not listed with breakfast and was at a lower rate. However, at the time of booking, the only room available was $14 more per night and included breakfast. We were looking forward to a swim, but the pool was closed. They offered access to a pool at another hotel, but that was too much of a hassle.

Beautiful hotel, nice large room. Staff seemed annoyed to assist with check in when we did not use the self-service kiosk. One actually said I'm too busy when a co-worker asked if she could check someone in. Not friendly or welcoming. Staff need training on service. With so many choices in the area, I would not bother to stay at this hotel again.

I will never stay here again....from the time we got there until the time we left it was nothing but mistake after mistake.......charging me for things they shouldnt have ,giving me a room that I did not reserve......It was horable.........
