the room was not ready at 6pm so another room was assigned, this room was not ready either, there was no soap, shampoo or nessary items. The light over the sink had a short in it and the light kept coming on and off. At Breakfest the coffee was empty, and when it was filled it was so strong that it was undrinkable, and I like strong coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel. Very comfortable. Large rooms with great beds and pillows. Only complaint is the hot breakfast was not so hot. Coffee in canisters was cold and old on first morning. Only thing hot was a container of forgotten about gravy. Bread was down to a few pieces, one english muffin and donuts. Fruit and yogurt was it. Maybe trying to push sales off the coffee bar. But staff was excellent and hotel was very well kept. Will definitely stay again! If you need a hearty breakfast Ihop is next door.

We satyed for three nights. The hotel is VERY hard to find at first and is right next to a very busy highway. It was clean and nicley decorated. The pool was great, clean and good sized. The rooms were clean and roomy, my family of 5 was very comfrtable. The breakfast was ok, you have to pay for things such as eggs and although they said the breakfast was served until 10 they started putting things away at 9:30. I ordered tomato soup one evening from the kitchen and it was very good. THey also have a grab n go area for salads and sandwiches. Over all it was very nice one we were able to find it.

I stayed here overnight and loved this hotel - very cool new concept with huge rooms, flat TV, WIFI and a comfortable bed. The hot breakfast in the morning was a nice surprise - not a typical cold free breakfast. If you go to Oklahoma CIty you have to check this hotel out you will love it.

I travel extensively for business and stay at many hotels and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The new Hyatt concept is a hit....The rooms were very large - big flat screen and the internet worked perfectly. The breakfast was very extensive - not your normal cold cereal - they had hot items as well. Will stay again when in Oklahoma City.
