We stayed at the Hotel for one night during a weekend visit to Orlando. Me, my wife and our two girls. Hotel seems fairly new and appears to be catering mostly to business clientele (convention visitors). Sleek, modern interior. Hotel has breakfast buffet in the morning. No restaurant, but the coffee bar with sandwiches, cookies and drinks was staffed late into the night. Staff was exceptionally friendly and competent. Hotel and its rooms are very clean. Rooms are spacious with sitting area, desk and wet bar in addition to the bedroom and the bathroom. Good wireless access, plenty fast. Comfortable towels. Beds are of good quality. Noise insulation is good. Our room was adjacent to the elevators - heard nothing. Also, there was a youth soccer tournament in town that day, with several teams staying at the hotel. Despite the sometimes hectic activity in the hallways and the front desk area, the quality of our stay was not impacted at all. I would recommend the hotel to others. It does not have the lively theme park ambiance found in other hotels nearby, but for someone looking for a no-nonsense place to stay with higher quality service, it is definitely a good choice.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past few years and think very highly of it. Since they renovated a few years back (I think it was previously an Amerasuite ?), this place is the perfect place to stay if you want a VERY clean room, wonderful lounge area and friendly service. See you in a few weeks for another great stay!!

The Hyatt Place was an absolutely delightful experience. Everytime we walked in and out, a front desk person greeted us and asked us how our accomodations were. The rooms are decorated to be very contemporary which we liked. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a 24 hour gym, available food that you can purchase whenever from the Guest Kitchen, and great little nooks for sitting and eating. The pool is a little bit on the small side, but it is very clean and they provide guest towels so you don't have to pack your own! There are actually no restaurants in the hotel, but it is right next to a bunch of them. Everything was provided for us, and we loved the Hyatt Place.
