We stayed at this hotel for two nights in September and it was awesome! We go to San Antonio 3-4 times a year and have stayed all over the city, this hotel is definitely one we'll go back to. It's very easy to get to, easy parking, and HUGE room! There was a whole separate couch area, even in the two-queens room. The bathroom was very nice, everything was very clean, AC worked very well (a BIG consideration in SA!) and beds were very comfortable. It's also close to a very nice part of town (Alamo Height) and there's a Starbucks < 1 mile away, along with a ton of restaurants and shopping (just go under the highway).

Nice hotel overall, but starting to shown signs of wear and tear such as worn carpet, torn wall paper, bath caulk, and so on. The check in process was not real smooth because rooms were not ready even though it was 5pm. My room had a very very slow tub drain making a shower kind of gross, and the ice bucket looked like the previous guest used it for an emergency after a night on the town, The pool was ok, but it neededcleaned along the waterline. I'd probabaly stay here again for the right price, but it's not perfect.

WOW - this place was awesome! Everything is brand new - the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious. It's close enough to the airport, but still far away from all the airport traffic. There are a couple great restaurants at the Quarry Mall down the street. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and eventhough we had a problem with our door know not working, they quickly gave me another room. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable - the whole family enjoyed the trip and our stay.
