  Very nice spacious room. Staff wes very accomodating, responding to our many questions on transportation and restaurants. Loved the location on the Riverwalk - away from all the crowds, and nice and quiet, but close enough to walk to the more commercial area in just a couple of minutes. Plumbing was weird in the shower - took forever to get hot water and then it was way too hot - an ordeal getting it set just right

  The hotel itself was very nice -- clean, great breakfast deal, very friendly & helpful staff -- but the location was not what I expected. It's along a very pretty part of the Riverwalk, but it is not convenient to the tourist attractions by way of the Riverwalk. It's just enough removed from the other hotels & restaurants that I didn't feel comfortable walking back to the hotel after dark. The free parking is nice, but I had to use my car to get around in the evening which meant being charged to park at other locations. But if you're looking for a nice, modern, kid-friendly hotel, this is a good pick.

  My daughter, two teenage sons and I had adjoining rooms. Very roomy and clean. Had free parking and we took the trolley all over downtown. We walked through King William, then through LaVillita to the Alamo. This hotel was well worth the walk to get out of the noise & conjestion of the busy Riverwalk area. We will definately go back again next summer. They sold Sea World tickets at the front desk.
