  I usually love the Hyatt Place hotels. The rooms are large and cozy. This time they put us in a room right above a night club. We couldnt get to sleep until around 3:00 AM. The bed needed a new mattress it was sunken in.

  At the end of our Grand Canyon trip, before flying home. We stayed here for a night. The room we were given had a 40+ inch Plasma TV, 1 King Bed with a king pull out sofa bed. The room was huge. The pool was nice too. The breakfast was great, not just the normal stuff that you would find in some other hotel's free breakfast. And the staff were so friendly and nice. It was our son's birthday the next day and when the manager found out, she asked her staff to bring a personal cheese cake with a candle to where we were having breakfast and sang the birthday song for our son. He was so happy. No extra charge for the cake and the song. We felt very safe.

  This place is pretty new. The staff is okay and the rooms are okay. It's not in a great neighborhood though. While we were at the breakfast buffet, a lady had her purse stolen right there in the restaurant! Would not stay again.
