The room and bathroom were entirely too small. I requested a suite and it still was little. The front desk staff was more rude than helpful. I requested an early check in to try and make a show at navy pier in time, was told I could have it then when i got there my room wasnt ready until AFTER the normal 3 pm check in time that posted on the hotel

Stayed for 3 nights, room was nice size, but the bathroom was very small. I had to site to the side on the toilet in order to use it. Could use free wi-fi throughout the whole building besides just the lobby, but can very easily be dealt with. Location was great and staff was very nice and helpful.
