  Newly renovated?? i didnt see it. fitted sheet didnt fit the bed and came coming off. turned on the a/c and it smelled like mold!

  The lobby smells like something died in it. the beds were awful and there was mold growing in the bath mat. it was disgusting!

  I stay in june 2007,very nice motel in gainesville,very good facilities,good breakfast 6am to 10am.large outdoor pool with gazebo.
