  I was very surprised after the cost to find snot smeared on the light switch plate and cobwebs in the corners of the room. upon check out, front desk did ...

  I was very surprised after the cost to find snot smeared on the light switch plate and cobwebs in the corners of the room. Upon check out, front desk did not act like it was an issue when I brought it to their attention. Even took pictures with my phone. Would probably have stayed again.

  Returned again .... service and accommodations again top level. oak room served a great steak ... if you get a chance get the conceire club lounge beautiful and great service.

  Great classic room, really comfortable mattress, beautiful decor throughout hotel, swimming pool was great !!! conceige service was 5 stars thanks to craig and melissa. the bellmen are great too ! again, ...

  Great Classic Room, really comfortable mattress, beautiful decor throughout hotel, swimming pool was great !!! Conceige service was 5 Stars thanks to Craig and Melissa. The Bellmen are great too ! Again, sunning and swimming in a fine pool, then enjoying a light refreshments in a grand Conceige Louge, then across the street to Plaza III and finish up back at the Conceige Lounge for a final night cap. A special rich downstairs bar and louge with LIVE entertainment most evenings is also a great spot to enjoy. Best fireplace in Kansas. Oak Room was so-so but the rest made up for its weakness.   At $*** we expected something special. room was small, noisy and did not have the promised view of the plaza lights. elevator shaft across the hall was busy all night. neighbors ...

  At $*** we expected something special. Room was small, noisy and did not have the promised view of the plaza lights. Elevator shaft across the hall was busy all night. Neighbors ironed pants - banging the wall... heard them talking. Food at the party we attended was generic - egg rolls and quiches from Sam's. Very disappointed.
