Stayed here because of 1. Experience with La Quintas elsewhere, and 2. Reviews on Travelocity. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel was convenient to airport, with MANY food options nearby (for driving, not walking). Our room was very nice. One of the air conditioners seemed not to be working properly, so maintenance came immediately and fixed the problem. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Front desk staff was VERY helpful on several issues. The hotel isn't the newest style of La Quinta, but is very well maintained. Only improvement suggestion - not for this hotel, but for La Quinta in general - is the breakfast offerings. It could easily be more interesting and imaginative. Frankly, it's really boring. Put a little more effort into that, probably for little to no additional cost, and you're off to the races! That having been said, we'll be back, improved breakfast or not. Thanks for a great job!

The La Quinta Inn at San Antonio Airport was a pleasant experience.I thought at first we would have to deal with the noise from the air traffic.NOT SO.The room was very clean and our beds were comfortable.The only complaint was the continental breakfast. I wish it had a better variety of breakfast foods. Still I give it 5 stars.

I stayed @ the La Quinta near the airport. This was the best hotel experience I have had in many years. The room was quiet and accessable, with microwave and refrigerator in room. I didn't get a chance to use the pool and hot tub because it was raining. Breakfast was continental with make it yourself waffles. The front desk also provided me with food coupons to most of the restaurants in the vicinity. The best part was the free shuttle that took me anywhere I needed to go in San Antonio within a 2 mile radius. This make it possible for me to save by not having to rent a car. The shuttle does run from 4 am to midnight, so coming back to the hotel after my class reunion I had to get a ride from a friend. Also noticed guests with their dogs, nice to know that this hotel is dog friendly!!

The service at this hotel was exceptional! As soon as I got to San Antonio, all I had to do was call the front desk and the shuttle picked me up within 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and understanding. I would stay here again! The rooms were clean and spacious, and there was a mini fridge and microwave.
