Just spent 9 days at the San Diego Mission Circle LaQuinta. Possibly OK for a night or two, but rooms VERY small and parking a problem. Also, breakfast room was very small and packed all morning. Would not stay at this location again. Not up to the standards at other LaQuinta's we have stayed at across the country. Cracks under the door leading to the outside and solicitors daily slipped coupons for unlicensed food delivery services under the door into the room.

We just returned from a trip to San Diego and we were fairly disgusted with this hotel. I'm not sure how it has gotten the ratings that it has. Our room was damp and musty, even with the air conditioner on. I rinsed a shirt in the sink and hung it over the shower curtain rod to dry. Two days later it was still as damp as it was when I first rinsed it. The outside of our door was completely sticky, likely from all the smoking that people go outside their rooms to do. We never had enough washcloths. For some reason they would replace our hand and bath towels but only leave us 1 washcloth (for a family of 4). The floor didn't seem as if it had been well vacuumed. The table between the two beds was made of stone and completely cracked in half. The breakfast room was a free for all mess, with twice as many people as their were seats. I would not recommend this hotel.

We just came back from 7 nights at this motel. My husband and I would recommend it. If you want a location close to many activities that San Diego has to offer, this is the place. It is reasonable, clean and offers good service. They also have a pool and hot tub in the rear of the motel and out of the way of traffic. We were very happy with our stay here and would come back. Location was important to us and you can get to many of the freeways as well as local streets plus there are eateries near by within walking distance.

Stayed here one day....the room was small, the air conditioning wasn't great and the bed was so close to the air conditioner that the bed soaked in all the air. The lights weren't plugged in, had to move the coffee pot to use it ;and unplug something else; there was only powered cream ;for the price we paid, I would think they would have liquid cream;....the pool was small, the picture on the TV was grainy. They did offer complimentary breakfast, but the room was tiny and the choices were few. The fruit they offered looked beat and battered. Service at the front desk left much to be desired. I requested a non-smoking room and was then subjected to a lecture on the fines imposed if I smoked in the room.... The price listed on travel website is not accurate - I called Travel online to book this hotel for the night and had to pay $* DEFINITELY WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN...NOT WORTH THE MONEY! I do not recommend. I WOULD RECOMMEND DAYS HOTEL - HOTEL CIRCLE.... Great Staff - great price and they have a restaurant on site.
