Came here for a two-night trip to visit family. We got a first floor room in the back right by the pool AND THE INTERSTATE. Every 18-wheeler that hit a certain bump woke us up. Traffic noise was bad, but got bearable until those damn big trucks came by which was pretty frequently. The room is damp no matter what seting the AC is on. However, it's clean, the bed isn't bad, and they allow pets which my family does not. So, here is our review. If there's nothing else, come on and stay, but request a room NOT near the pool or interstate side of the hotel. Oh, and bring extra coffee, sugar, and creamer... they only had about a spoonful of each extra when we went to the front desk and asked for more!

This room is okay to stay at if you only plan to stay one night. The room had an unpleasant odor, was noisy because it's right next to I - 10 so you could hear every truck that hit a bump in the road, and the bed was uncomfortable.But the hotel staff was very friendly. I don't plan on staying at this hotel on my next trip in the future.

We stayed in this hotel on 2 separate nites(12/24 and 12/27) and turns out the same room,too. The room was clean enough. Price was good and location close to family. The issue was that there was no remote for the TV. We asked for one on the second night, but it didnt work. Went back to the front desk for another, they said there were no more and had no batteries. The person running the desk seem unconcerned and made no effort to accomdidate us. Its a shame something so trivial will cause us to stay elsewhere in a couple of weeks.

Checking in was a breeze, the staff is friendly and really are helpful. The location is perfect-easy to find and really close to the airport. The rooms are secure, clean and spacious with all the amenities. Thanks so much for a pleasant stay.
