I selected this resort based on earlier reviews and based on how much space would be available to us. We were in a 3 br suite for 5 nights. Upon arrival, the suite looked lovely – then we began noticing problems. The first problem was a lack of hot water (and a lack of water pressure). Then we noticed the horrible shape the towels were in (ripped and yellowish stains). I wouldn’t have used them on my dog much less left them for guests. The brochure states “minimal cleaning” but I expected the waste baskets to be emptied every day (we have a two yr old who is still potty training). We also didn’t have our coffee or toilet paper resupplied regularly. We noticed several light bulbs were burned out in various places (one missing in a fan etc) it wasn’t a problem of turning on the lights. The hot water and water pressure was finally properly fixed after 2 days – the management’s response to our discomfort was to refund our “resort fee” (a whopping $* per day). It is really a shame – this resort has the potential to be 3 stars with the available amenities but under the current management barely earns a star at all.

Hotel looked very nice in pictures, a safe place to stay. However, I would question their housekeeping staff. The only pair of jeans I brought had disappeared after leaving them hanging on the chair. Hotel states that policy is they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Who would have thought you would need to lock up ALL of your personal belongings every time you leave your room?! If staying here, I would put up the do not disturb sign and request the items you need. Manager ABC was very understanding, but I am going home to MN with my sisters jeans on! Also, evening staff questioned if I was the one who misplaced them. Clothing walks away here!

If you are traveling with large family, you can not beat the accomodations. Three bedroom is home away from home. Units are nicely furnished with ample space. Easy access to Disney areas, Sea World, Universal. Very nice pool area.

My friend and I were extending our business trip to get a little more time in the Florida sun away from a tough Indiana winter and the hotel more than exceeded our expectations. Everyone was exceptionally nice, the room was absolutely fantastic and we just had an overall great stay! We would definitely stay here again-no questions asked!

We bought my 13 year old daughter and her girlfriend along with the rest of my family to Universal Studios on MLK weekend. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. To our surprise when we checked in; our large suite was not available that we had booked for this special occasion. Needless to say, we were not happy. We had my oldest daughter with us too and her boyfriend and my wife and I. We needed three seperate living areas. The staff apologized and stated the people that were supposed to leave our room, did not, and overstayed there welcome. So we were inconvenienced. We had to accept the smaller suite and all was so-so. My oldest daughter and her boyfriend slept in our room and she snores badly. We made it through the night , but slept poorly. We were inconvenienced and we did not get what we paid for and reserved. The hotel did write off the resort fees for us. Also, offerred us 2 free breakfast buffets; but we couldn'd take as we were seeing friends outside the hotel area for breakfast. Overall , the hotel is very clean and quiet.
