Honestly the worst hotel experience ever. First room had ants and numerous other bugs in the room. We got moved to a suite which flooded when it rained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I am writing this several hours after having just gotten home so it's all fresh in my mind although I'm sure I'll never forget this "vacation". First off the pictures online are from like 20 years ago at LEAST. The aerial shot is taken for a reason...so you won't see up close what a dump it truly is. As soon as we drove up to the outrageous aqua blue "hotel" my stomach dropped. From the outside you can see what a disgrace it is. As you pull up to the parking lot you are immediately stopped so you can pay for your parking. In fact you pay for everything here. We had no problem with check-in but as we were walking to the elevators there were druggies and homeless people hanging out in the underground with free access to the "private beach". We got to the room and the only redeeming quality was the view. The room stunk! Two of the lamps never worked and the light fixture in the bathroom was hanging out exposed. There was hair in the shower and mold all over headboards. We immediately called the front desk and told them about it all. Surprise, they had no other rooms. In fact all the hotels around there were booked. Well, the pool was closed the first day and with good reason. It gave nasty a bad name. Two days later it was thoroughly cleaned and open again. The chairs around the pool were scummy and filthy and broken. All day long people from outside the hotel snuck in. When out to dinner every person told us to get out of there. It's well known by police who are always there. All said it was dangerous and we should move! Stay Away!!

We loved the beach but at a cost of a terrible hotel. Dirty, changed rooms to only find that room nasty too. With MOLD on the walls. Windows to the front of the hotel were PAINTED rather than have curtins. I will now be traveling often to the area and will never book here again. Arrived very late do to flight delays and was actually scared to walk around the hotel grounds as people were passed out everywhere you looked. When we woke up the beach was the best part.... but not once did I look forward to sleeping in that room! Stayed 4 long days!

Worst hotel, I've ever been in. Rooms are dirty. When we checked in, there was urine on the toilet seat. Linens did not smell fresh. Mini frig sitting on little table. Doors were all dented. Locks on doors were rigged. Couldn't shut bathroom door. The only good thing about this hotel, was the view. A lot of drunks on the beach. One passed out on picnic table. Would never stay here again.

pictures dont tell the truth. this seems to be the party place for young adults,rooms are run down, building getting old.Very high priced for what you get. everything is alacart. the beach is very pretty, but expect lots of boats parking close in on the weekends.
