I stayed at this hotel in June 2008 world compition. The hotel says they have shuttle service to/from airport and it did from the airport. They just choice not to do it from the hotel. After talking to them 3 different time before and after i got there they didnt seem to have a problem with taking me and picking me up. It was not until 930pm the night before we left that it became a problem. I found out later at the airport that they paid for someone elses taxi cab fare but refused to pay for mine. The ower or manager wouldnt call me back and the person at the front desk refused to call him at 5am when I had to leave to go to the airport. This hotel doesnt mind waking you up but refused to wake up the manager. The ac never worked the whole 4 days we were there and the only person who cared was the maintance guy. The guy at the front desk the day we left even told me i was lieing about the whole thing. This could be a very nice hotel if the person who is running it know how to do so.

The Legacy is a historic hotel on the west edge of downtown Little Rock. It has been nicely modernized. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I was attending a meeting at the Robinson Center, which is next door to the Doubletree. That hotel was full. The Legacy is 5 blocks from the Robinson Center and about half the price of the Doubletree. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I only wish the restaurant/lounge had been open later.

The Legacy is a historic hotel on the west edge of downtown Little Rock. It has been nicely modernized. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I was attending a meeting at the Robinson Center, which is next door to the Doubletree. That hotel was full. The Legacy is 5 blocks from the Robinson Center and about half the price of the Doubletree. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I only wish the restaurant/lounge had been open later."

Our grandson was having open heart surgery at Arkansas Children's Hospital and this hotel was suggested to us. We loved it and it was very easy to get to ACH on a daily bases. The staff was very helpful and overall it was just a nice quiet place to stay and we will stay again. Thanks for being so great.
