This was a great overall experience! The room was amazing the view was amazing it was withing a block of a MARTA station and just steps away from several amazing restaurants. TO those saying it is not a place for kids.....it is a 5 star hotel, not a family destination, that is part of what makes it so nice, there are not screaming kids running around everywhere.

We went on a trip to see Atlanta with our children. Now when we got there we were greeted exceptionally and our luggage was left aside in the lobby on the first weekend they were open. Granted it was busy! But the amenties for the children were less then acceptable and then they leave out treats in the room which kids at 9, 8 and 2 do NOT understand that it is NOT free. There were drinks that were under key code which was awesome but not the little treats. Not only that when we finally got up to the room our camera which was in a locked silver case was missing. From the time we unloaded til the time we got to the room, it was pretty hectic so we didn't notice it until they unloaded the trolley. My husband and I were pretty upset but thought that it was just left in the car, not thinking that someone would actually take it. Well 30 minutes later it magically appeared, it wasn't left in the car like we initially thought. So that made us uneasy, because they have the keys left with the valet. Besides it is a $* parking fee each day, it is not told online when you make reservations. I do not find it a very child friendly hotel but if it were a business trip, it is a beautiful hotel to stay and nice view to the downtown.
