The hotel is clean and modern, and the location is great, centrally located in town so its a cheap taxi ride anywhere, and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room layout was a bit strange with a desk, tv and two small uncomfortable chairs on one side of the room, and the bed on another making tv viewing from bed uncomfortable as well. Many of the English speaking tv channels had such bad reception we couldn't watch more than a couple. Wired internet was free, but there was no wireless. The biggest disappointment was the concierge recommendations. We booked an "intimate" dinner and tango show for $*/person, expecting a small theatre with dinner tables, not so. We were delivered to a large room for dinner that was a major disappointment, very plain food that was only worth a fraction of the price. The "intimate theatre" across the street had people packed in like sardines and was ok, the pickup service hit about 5 other hotels each way. They also booked us a round trip package to the Temaiken zoo about an hour out of town, and they cancelled the night before, which was a good thing since we arranged our own car with AC for about half the $* price. My wife was alone on the elevator and a bellboy decided to enter with a loaded luggage car with barely enough room and literally pushed her against the wall, she ended up leaving it and letting him ride by himself - should have been the other way around.

The hotel was perfect! located perfectly which made everyting else a lot easier! Rooms were large and clean. Best shower pressure I have ever had in a hotel or any of my houses! Great breakfast buffet the next morning and it was free! They even let us check into our room at 11am when we arrived from the airport just hoping they could hold our bags utnil checkin time. Eveyone was very pleasant and I would certaily recomend this hotel to anyone!

Marvelous botique hotel located close to the famous recoleta cemetery that costs $1.5 million for a burial plot and also located within the most beautiful district in the city. The service is excellent, most employees speak excellent English, and the rooms are first rate - marble bathrooms, comfortable beds, wet bar, refrigerator and queen beds. This hotel compares favorably with pricier spots in Buenos Aires but wins when it comes to location.

Noise and unfriendly front desk help

Room on 6Floor facing the back. Lots of noise every morning since building of another hotel. Also some kind of school with playground that kids yelling everymorning. Would say better get sound proof windows put in rooms. Plus the walls must be made of tissue paper. Since you could hear everything in the next room. Last is the front desk people in general were a bit unfriendly. I travel to Buenos Aires often and would say this is the worst experience in hotels I have had hear and anywhere else.
