I have not stayed in the Mariott in years until this month. I did stay in Crystal City and it was a great stay. I do plan to stay again my next visit in October. The service was very superb and the lounge food, service and hours were great. Thank you for the great stay!

We could not have asked for better. We were in town just for a short vacation. The conveniance was amazing. The metro, shops, restaurants and parking all just under the hotel. The staff was always so helpful. The room was great, beds comfortable. Bathroom a wee bit small but not a big deal. We did use the pool and the fitness area which were both nice too. Am sure we will be back within a year or two.....Can't wait..

We stayed for one night after a long flight. It took 3 clerks to process a Marriot gift card at check in. Then they gave us keys that didn't work to the room assigned, twice. Finally, when we went to the pool to relax, there were so many rules that all you could do is swim laps. Not a place for kids to enjoy, nor for adults to enjoy. The room was clean and the beds were comfy, so if that's all you are looking for, this would be a good place.

I had a great experience here. The room was much bigger than I anticipated and was very clean. It is very conveniently located near the metro, shops, and all kinds of restaurants. I did order room service a few times and it was definitely a bit expensive, however, the food was great and they gave you large portions. The service was great; everyone was very friendly and I had no problems checking in or out. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone!
