The front desk person was very pleasant and helpful. We did have a problem with our first room and had to be moved to another. Both rooms obviously need to be updated and repaired in several areas. The maintenance department along with the owners of this resort need to put a plan into action to fix, repair, replace, and clean mold from the rooms. The fact that the resort is called a "resort" is very misleading. It is very run down and unhealthy due to mold in rooms. I understand why the room was offered at such a low price online. At one time this resort was a very luxurious place, but, now it is really a disgrace. I believe this resort is part of the Radisson company. They too, will be adversely affected by the comments on this property.

Just stay sept.24-26, 2010 1st this isn't no resort, hotel was horrible from the beginning, water didn't work at first, they came to repair it they had to room a mess, elevator work when it wanted, my tv only had like 6 channels which was horrible couldn't even watch tv, ice machine didn't work, the hotel was just horrible and dirty I thought I was saving but I would of spend the extra * to stay at another hotel never again so if u people are looking at hotels not this one keep goon to the next very very disappointed. Oh and on top of it they offered a free shuttle to the park back to the hotel which I waited almost 2 hours for, and the shuttle was a old beat up ghetto bus, ugh so disappointed pictures can b tricky and the pool area was dirty! Bugs in the pool and human seaman.
