Not perfect, but mostly newer & clean. 3rd time here. Centrally located to airport and my convention needs (bed shower n' shave). Just off of I-94 and along the American Way blvd makes for easy to/from. 1/2 block to Walmart for those last minute forgots and multiple fast food options. Only negs were 1 time I had a very noisy heater, but they happily exchanged rooms. Last time, 1 trash basket was still full, and sink was very slow drain. Internet was very slow last visit. Bothersome but livable.

the hotel was not worth the money!! The front desk was manned by one person, who was being pulled in many different directions. Room was stark and dingy, linens were an off color yellow, and had holes in them. Towels were very rough and limited, requested another towel from housekeeping and was told they do not have housekeeping . Internet connection was non existent, questioned front desk and they said sorry but they did not know what to do. No in-room coffee makers. Breakfast was a joke. Spent the next night at a Comfort Inn which was the same price and a heck of a lot better.

The hotel is okay, although I had the same experience with the internet as some others have mentioned. I could not connect when I got there, and after asking the front desk which network was for the hotel, I was told to "just choose any of the unsecured ones at the bottom of the network list." This did not work all weekend, and I had to find a McDonald's with wi-fi nearby. Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel for business travelers who need internet access. It was mostly acceptable as far as cleanliness, but the shower water was very lukewarm even after letting it run, which was quite unpleasant. Otherwise, the staff was polite and curteous, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, this hotel will make a good place for those who plan to be out and about and just need a place to store their belongings and sleep at night.

On the plus side, this hotel is close to the airport and cheap. On the minus, the room is super small, the lighting is dreary, there is a grey mirror behind the bed and the towels are threadbare and scratchy. The sheets were fine but the pillows were lumpy. We could hear both conversation and the TV from the next room. There were no personal products in the bathroom, only soap.

Hotel and location were a nice surprise to my recent business needs. Price was reasonable since I really just need a bed and a shower. Other than 1st assigned room having banging heat pipes, the hotel quickly moved me to another room that was perfect. Staff were polite and helpful. I appreciated the wi-fi Time didnt allow for use of fitness or other facilities, but there was a Denny's restarurant within a few steps. Clean, modern and up dated, with a simple bagel/pastry/juice continental breakfast I was pleased with the hotel. Situated right accross form a modern Walmart and just blocks away from the Mall of America, (and a Sams Club for traveler needs). Easy on/off exits to I-94.
